Sunshine Coast English College is accredited by NEAS, Australia's accreditation authority for English language teaching centres. The College offers accredited ELICOS programs in General English, English for Academic Purposes and preparation for Cambridge, IELTS and TOEFL examinations. General English classes can be taken on a full-time or part-time basis from elementary to advanced level (5 levels). While each course is designed to run for 12 weeks, student progress depends on individual ability and proficiency.

GENERAL ENGLISH - This is a full-time course of 25 hours per week and includes 2 integrated afternoon activities at no extra cost. It is designed for students who wish to develop confidence and effective communication skills for general use. Minimum enrolment is 2 weeks with no maximum enrolment. A$315.00 per week

PART TIME STUDY - Designed for students who would like to work as well as study, or enjoy free time in the afternoons. Many students combine part-time study with a Homestay for a rapid, effective and economical way to learn English. Total of 15 hours per week. A$215 per week.

ENGLISH FOR ACADEMIC PURPOSES - A course designed for students wishing to prepare for IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge examinations. Students need to be Upper-Intermediate level to enter this course. A$3780.00 for 12 weeks ($315 per week).

SUMMER IMMERSION PROGRAM - Designed for short-term students from 1 week to 1 month, this is a fun way to learn English. 15 hours of morning English tuition and 4 afternoon activities per week. $390.00 per week.

HIGH SCHOOL PREPARATION COURSE
The purpose of this course is to prepare overseas students to enter an Australian high school. Students will commence the preparation course in August and complete the course in December. They may then enter high school in year 11 at the beginning of the Australian school year (late January). Entry Requirements: A good Intermediate or Upper Intermediate level of English is required. Students who have not yet achieved these levels can enter our General English Beginner to Advanced Level Courses, to bring their English up to the necessary standard.
Duration: 20 weeks Tuition Fee: $6300.00 ($315.00 per week)

CAMBRIDGE FIRST CERTIFICATE PREPERATION COURSE
The purpose of this course is to provide comprehensive tuition and practice to prepare you for the five parts of the examinations (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing and Use of English).

CAMBRIDGE BUSINESS ENGLISH CERTIFICATE- VANTAGE EXAM PREPARATION
The purpose of this course is to provide comprehensive tuition and practice to prepare students wanting to work in finance, banking, trade, import/export and business areas in their countries.
